History alumnus Geoffrey Simpson had the opportunity to work with a variety of organizations when he started his first job as a consultant at the IT company TOPdesk. As an IT consultant he provided customers with technical and functional support, primarily in the Netherlands or in England. In addition he would analyze feedback from customers, seek out potential improvements for the software and prioritize these accordingly. After three years he continued this in his new function at TOPdesk as Product Manager, where he constantly seeks to understand international user and business needs, create and convey a product vision that responds to these needs and coordinate the development of that vision into the software.
